Visually impaired children are implementing RCA-PHV projects to help vulnerable groups in the community

Within the framework of USAID and LCIF Children with Visual Impairments Project and the Support Center, visually impaired persons are doing RCA-PHV projects for the benefit of the community.

Through the Red Cross in Action-Promotion of Human Values (RCA-PHV) program, visually impaired children go through several training workshops acquiring skills in order to  become active members of our society. They get trained and motivated to help and work into small group projects that benefit vulnerable communities in the society.

On May 30th 2017, random citizens gave their support to visually impaired children by purchasing handcrafts in order to provide funds for the implementation of the RCA-PHV projects.

The booth where handcrafts are being sold will be placed tomorrow as well, on 31st May 2017 in front of the South East European University’s campus in Skopje from 10:00 to 16:00.
